Vertue Method for Life is a series of fitness videos that includes gentle aerobic exercise, low impact weight training and stretching that is kind to joints but still builds strength, increases mobility and maintains weight.

The Vertue Method For Life follows the same principles as my other fitness and mobility programmes but it was designed with an older age group in mind.

The Vertue Method approach is to facilitate a physical transformation by building strength and mobility throughout your musculoskeletal system. This will make other activities and forms of exercise possible and safer. Helping to build stability and coordination to prevent falls and other potential injuries, while also improving your cardiovascular health and fitness.
